Job summary

Abundant Futures Fund seeks a Development Manager to build and sustain a best-in-class fundraising operation. Housed at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA), AFF unites donors to strengthen immigrant justice in the United States.

You will coordinate development operations, gift processing and reconciliation, financial reporting, and donor stewardship in close partnership with AFF’s finance and operations teams and RPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in development operations and donor administration.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and finance teams.
• Strong organizational and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fundraising operations and administrative systems.
• Coordinate development operations with RPA and partners.
• Track donations end-to-end from notification to reconciliation.
• Keep shared files organized and up to date.
• Document and improve development processes and workflows.
• Ensure accurate gift processing, reconciliation, and reporting with finance partners.
• Support annual budgeting and fundraising revenue tracking.
• Maintain fundraising calendars, deadlines, and project management systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
