Job summary

The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Development Operations Associate to support gift processing, donor service, and data management. You will ensure timely acknowledgments, maintain data integrity in the donor CRM, and help advance fundraising goals through reliable reporting and systems improvement.

This onsite, full-time role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and proficiency with MS Office and donor databases.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in admin, data management, fundraising or related roles.
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort with data-heavy tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts, issue receipts, and reconcile donations with Finance.
• Produce reports and dashboards; maintain data integrity and donor insights.
• Provide donor stewardship support and coordinate team duties.
• Document processes and help improve gift-processing workflows.
