Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh seeks an Annual Giving Manager to develop and oversee a comprehensive annual fund program. The role focuses on multi-channel campaigns, donor stewardship, and data-driven donor engagement to grow revenue and participation.

You will collaborate with marketing, program teams, and IT to optimize donor journeys, manage segments, and ensure strong retention across the donor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, development, or nonprofit advancement experience.
• Experience managing annual fund campaigns or multi-channel fundraising initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program with multi-channel campaigns.
• Write donor-focused content and oversee donor communications and stewardship.
• Lead annual campaigns (e.g., Giving Tuesday, year-end) and support donor events and engagement.
• Track fundraising performance and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.
