Job summary

EverTrue seeks a Development Services Manager to oversee centralized fundraising systems for the EverTrue Living Foundation and affiliates, driving best practices in data, gift processing, and prospect research.

You will partner with Information Systems and Finance to implement administrative/reporting functions, ensuring accurate coding and monthly reconciliation while maintaining donor data integrity.

Qualifications

• College degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred; or 10+ years experience if no degree.
• Understanding of accounting/reconciliation principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of philanthropic substantiation/receipting requirements.
• Strong understanding of database management principles.
• Experience managing a team of database staff.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices not-for-profit management.
• Strong business analysis skills with reports/metrics for foundation fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises financial reporting and activity monitoring of fundraising activities.
• Manages the prospect management and research function for the Foundation.
• Oversees central database operations and integration from multiple development databases.
• Creates systems and manages staff to ensure acknowledgements are processed within 10 days.
• Oversees maintenance of procedural policies for the Foundation.
• Coordinates with Finance for revenue/expense reporting and audits.
