United Way of Massachusetts Bay seeks a Manager, Development Systems and Research to support fundraising with robust data, strategy, and moves management insights. The role leads department research and ensures staff have the context and tools to engage donors effectively.

Under the Director of Development Systems, the role documents resources, analyzes data, and supports the planned CRM transition while collaborating with cross-functional teams and frontline staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience considered.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and moves management.
• Non-profit experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate data into narrative and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades
