Under the Director of Development Systems, the role documents resources, analyzes data, and supports the planned CRM transition while collaborating with cross-functional teams and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience considered.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and moves management.
• Non-profit experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate data into narrative and actionable insights.

Responsibilities
