Job summary

Thayer Academy is seeking a Donor Systems Manager to oversee donor information systems for the Advancement and Engagement office. You will manage gift processing, acknowledgments, and data integrity, ensuring donor intent is honored and records are accurate across Raiser's Edge and related systems.

You will work with the Business Office, Registrar, and IT to ensure smooth data flow, perform month-end reconciliations, generate reports, and support events and fundraising initiatives with timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in data management with accuracy and efficiency preferred.
• Experience with relationship databases; Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel; mail merges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift and pledge processing in the donor database and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge data integrity and perform quality checks and uploads.
• Develop and generate scheduled and on-demand reports for leadership and boards.
• Assist with nametags and support development events.
