Job summary

Every Child’s Hope seeks a Development Data & Systems Specialist to manage donor systems, ensure data integrity, and support fundraising operations. You will collaborate with Development, Finance, and leadership to optimize donor engagement and reporting.

The role focuses on database administration, gift processing, and campaign support, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support events.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a two‑year college or technical school or equivalent experience with at least two years in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, GiveSmart, Cognito Forms, or similar fundraising tech.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift/move event materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer fundraising and donor management systems (Raiser’s Edge NXT, GiveSmart, Cognito Forms).
• Maintain accurate donor records, giving history, contacts, and engagement data.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data exports for fundraising and reconciliation.
• Process and record charitable gifts; generate donor acknowledgments.
• Support events and campaigns with database and administrative tasks.
