Job summary

EverHope is seeking a Gift Officer to cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors, manage a strategic portfolio, and drive philanthropic support for our mission. You will develop strategies, solicit gifts, and steward donors while partnering with the Development team and leadership to ensure a high-quality donor experience.

You will also lead fundraising for our signature events, manage sponsorships and contributed revenue goals, and utilize moves management to advance donors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of fundraising, development, or related field.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with moves management, pipeline development, and fundraising forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic donor portfolio with qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Develop proposals, sponsorships, and donor communications.
• Lead fundraising for an assigned signature event including sponsorships and revenue goals.
• Build meaningful donor relationships through meetings, calls, and events.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and forecast revenue progress.
