Job summary

Every Child's Hope (ECH) seeks a Development Data & Systems Specialist to administer donor management systems, including Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, GiveSmart, Cognito Forms, and related platforms.

You will maintain accurate donor records, generate timely reports and insights, support fundraising campaigns and events, and collaborate with Development, Finance, and leadership to optimize data-driven philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with two years' related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for fundraising systems and donor management.
• Maintain accurate donor records, including giving history and engagement.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and data exports to support fundraising and stewardship.
• Assist with events registrations, sponsorship tracking, and post-event analytics.
• Collaborate with Development and Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
