Job summary

The Associate Data Specialist at MUSC Foundation plays a critical role in supporting fundraising and engagement operations through strategic data management, systems administration, and process optimization.

This role maintains the integrity, usability, and performance of the Foundation’s CRM and related data systems while ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable information for fundraising, stewardship, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience and 3-5 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analytics by maintaining clean, structured, and reliable data.
• Assist in the development of queries, reports, and data extracts for Advancement leadership and fundraising teams.
• Perform data imports, exports, transformations, and reconciliations as needed.
• Monitor system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Support database configuration, system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new functionality.
• Maintain documentation for database processes, business rules, imports, exports, and system procedures.
