Job summary

The Foundation Database Specialist at Hospital for Special Care manages donor information systems, including reporting, data analysis, gift processing and acknowledgements. You will lead data imports and data quality initiatives, and coordinate with staff to develop actionable insights for the Foundation Office.

This role supports day-to-day operations, producing regular revenue reports, and serving as the primary data contact for the Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years donor database management experience.
• Mastery of Raiser’s Edge, RE NXT, or similar cloud-based database.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in donor relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all donor information systems including reporting and data analysis.
• Lead data analytics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage data import, data entry, and data quality initiatives.
• Handle gift processing, acknowledgements, and online payment integration.
• Coordinate with Foundation office and support day-to-day operations.
• Produce reports, including daily revenue, and month-end reconciliations.
• Support event logistics, RSVPs, registrations, and check-in.
• Serve as primary contact for the Foundation office and gift inquiries.
• Assist with scholarship process and wealth screening tools.
• Provide administrative support and special project contributions.
