The Associate Data Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the MUSC Foundation’s fundraising and engagement operations through strategic data management, systems administration, and process optimization. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity, usability, and performance of the Foundation’s CRM and related data systems while ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable information for fundraising, stewardship, finance, and leadership teams. This role serves as a technical and operational partner across Advancement Services, supporting data governance, reporting, integrations, analytics, and end-user support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a service-oriented mindset and a passion for data quality, process improvement, and operational efficiency. This role helps ensure the Foundation can effectively engage donors, support fundraising strategy, and advance the mission of improving patient care, research, and education at Medical University of South Carolina through philanthropy.
