Job summary

Population Services International (PSI) seeks an Associate, Fundraising to support proposal development, donor operations, and data management across fundraising teams. The role reports to the Director of Fundraising and balances institutional, individual philanthropy, and other priorities.

You will contribute to planning, research, and communications, ensuring accurate data handling in Salesforce and producing insights for leadership. Remote-eligible with US focus on a national scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Knowledge of international development and donor priorities preferred.
• Familiarity with institutional donor proposals and foundations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and fundraising pipelines.
• Proficiency in analyzing fundraising data and creating reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively.
• Clear, persuasive writing; ability to tailor tone for audiences.
• High-quality work in written documents and data entry.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; English fluent; French working proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposal development, capture planning, coordination, formatting, editing, and research.
• Provide admin, logistical, and coordination support across fundraising functions.
• Support data management and analytics using Salesforce, data entry, reporting, and visuals.
• Assist with data-driven fundraising analyses for internal/board audiences.
• Lead smaller proposals and projects; support capacity building and process improvement.
