Job summary

PSI, a global health nonprofit, seeks an Associate, Fundraising to support proposal development, donor operations, and data analytics. The role covers institutional and individual philanthropy with a data-driven approach and cross-team collaboration.

You’ll report to the Director of Fundraising and contribute to strategic fundraising efforts while upholding PSI’s values and ethics. Remote-eligible US-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; equivalent education acceptable.
• Familiarity with international development and donor priorities.
• Experience with institutional proposals and donor compliance.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and fundraising data tools.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, capture planning, and formatting.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across fundraising functions.
• Manage data in Salesforce; generate reports and insights.
• Conduct fundraising analysis including pipeline and funder research.
• Lead smaller proposals and project work; drive process improvements.
• Uphold PSI values in daily work and collaboration.
