Job summary

PSI seeks an Associate, Fundraising to support the fundraising department with administrative, operational, and data management responsibilities. This role contributes to proposal development, capture planning, donor operations, and gifts processing, reporting to the Director of Fundraising.

The position splits time across Institutional Fundraising (50%), Individual Philanthropy (30%), and other priorities (20%), with limited international travel and a US-only remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of international development and donor priorities preferred.
• Knowledge of proposals to institutional donors and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of proposals/pitches, capture planning, coordination, editing, and annexes.
• Provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support across fundraising functions.
• Support data management and analytics using Salesforce, data entry, reporting, and insights.
• Conduct pipeline, funder, and competitor analyses for internal audiences.
• Lead smaller proposals and fundraising projects; contribute to process improvement.
