Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and rental orders. You will work closely with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to ensure payer criteria are met.

The role involves communicating with insurance providers and funding agencies, managing authorizations, and guiding clients through the funding process to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2-4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission and follow-up of funding orders.
• Work with SLPs, suppliers, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Track funding cases and ensure timely resolution and billing.
• Communicate with funding agencies to verify eligibility and status.
• Review documents against third-party payer criteria and policies.
• Enter and manage orders in the order management system.
