Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and rental orders.
• Work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Review documents for third party payer criteria and timely submission.
• Maintain communication with funding agencies to verify eligibility and track cases.
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payment requirements.
• Resolve third party denials and escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
