Job summary

Tobii Dynavox in the United States seeks a Funding Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the funded sales, repair, and rental order pipeline, ensuring compliance and timely processing of funding packets while driving revenue growth.

You will lead a team, train staff, monitor KPIs, collaborate across departments, and implement improvements to reduce cycle times and improve inter-departmental operations; residency in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in funding authorization or supervision.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Funding Department operations ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to meet revenue and forecasting goals.
• Monitor funding requests and third-party submissions; drive process improvements to improve cycle times and accuracy.
• Track KPIs and support monthly sales goals across the department.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely funding processing and policy adherence.
