Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and rental orders.
• Work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Review documents to ensure third-party payer criteria are met.
• Maintain communication with funding cases and instruct on document preparation and policies.
• Track funding authorization cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system database.
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payments and resolve denials.
