National Seating & Mobility is seeking a Funding Operations Manager to oversee the Funding Specialist Team in a remote, nationwide role. You will drive process efficiency, training, and performance metrics across the team to ensure timely, high-quality funding approvals.

Responsibilities include coaching, material development, and collaboration with leadership to optimize funding operations while maintaining compassionate client service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.
• 2 years of experience managing at least 10 direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to review, analyze and interpret reports and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval.
• Coordinate and manage hiring, training, mentoring, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides and progress reporting.
• Career development of Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compassion of the team.
• Coordinate and share KPIs with team and stakeholders.
