Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. seeks a senior Funding Operations leader to oversee the Funding Department and drive performance across the Funding Specialist Team. The role partners with DVPs, RADs, and branch leadership to ensure policy-aligned, timely funding.

You will mentor staff, develop training materials, track KPIs, and manage payroll functions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant operations. This position offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to shape payer strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all funding department functions and standards.
• Lead and develop Funding Specialist Team and Funding Leadership Team.
• Ensure timely funding approvals and maintain process quality.
• Coordinate KPIs and payroll/administrative tasks.
