Job summary

Tobii Dynavox seeks an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow‑up of funding orders across product, repair, and rental services. You will liaise with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to secure authorizations and ensure documents meet payer criteria.

Strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and customer‑oriented service are essential as you support clients and families through funding processes and resolution of denials

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, or 2 - 4 years related experience
• Background in the health insurance field preferred
• Oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and teaming skills
• Customer service orientation
• Internet navigation skills
• MS Office Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and equipment rental orders
• Work closely with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization
• Review documents for submission ensuring they meet third party payer criteria
• Maintain communication with funding entities to verify eligibility
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system database
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payment requirements
• Resolve third party denials and advise on resolution strategies
• Alert supervisor to potential third-party payer challenges
