Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling highly active online communities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to handle high-stakes situations in real time.
• Willing to be online 24/7 to support global engagement.
• Native Web3 fluency; understands on-chain communities and their language.
• Structured, self-motivated with the ability to manage large multi-channel boards.

Responsibilities

• Culture Architecture: build and sustain daily energy, tone, and engagement across core community spaces (Discord, Telegram, and emerging channels).
• Ambassador Engineering: recruit, train, and manage moderators and community champions with 24/7 coverage protocols.
• Event Orchestration: design, launch, and host high-velocity community initiatives (live spaces, digital tournaments, viral campaigns).
• Feedback Synthesis: translate chat feedback into actionable development data for the product team.
• Crisis Management: resolve issues during launches or surges with calm, decisive handling.
• Onboarding Logic: optimize entry funnel to welcome and integrate newcomers into active participation loops.
