Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Online Community Facilitator to manage and grow our digital support networks in a fully remote role. You will moderate discussions, provide resources, and foster engaging, inclusive interactions across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in online community management, strong written communication, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts. This position offers flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

Proven experience in online community management or moderation.
Excellent written communication and digital engagement skills.
Familiarity with various online platforms and social media tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and address community concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.
Organize and promote online events, webinars, and support group sessions.
Monitor community feedback and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
