Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting recruitment across the organization, including for operations near Upington, Northern Cape. You will manage sourcing, screenings, offers, and onboarding in a remote setting with strong autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, excellent communication, and a proven ability to attract top talent through varied channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in working independently and effectively in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
