Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in working independently and effectively in a fully remote role.
