Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management or Account Management preferred in employee benefits or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Work with Account Managers to set and monitor goals for a growing book of business.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with commercial requirements across the portfolio.
• Perform periodic reviews and drive accountability for team performance.
• Maintain 95%+ of assigned book of business by building strong client relationships.
• Directly manage strategic accounts and develop engagement plans with key partners.
• Assist in renewals, onboarding, training, and mentorship of Account Managers.
• Contribute to client business reviews and collaborative strategy discussions.
