Datavant is seeking experienced inpatient coders for a fully remote role with flexible scheduling. You will assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, abstract records, and support QA with a goal of 95% accuracy and productivity benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient coding experience
• Experience with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assign diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM/PCS
• Abstract and sequence codes from patient records
• Oversee and audit coding accuracy and productivity benchmarks
• Support documentation improvement and resolve coding issues
