Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an Account Support Coordinator to manage incoming requests, keep service information current, and route questions to the right contacts. This fully remote, desk-based role is based in Oregon and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will collaborate with clients, account managers, and service specialists using CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Guru. Expect clear handoffs, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in account support or client service coordination preferred.
• Familiar with CRM software and support platforms; can follow up and document interactions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for client updates and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client emails and tickets, identify the account, and organize requests by urgency and next actions.
• Check account details and previous interactions before coordinating responses.
• Record requests in the ticketing system with status and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate updates with account managers and update contact information per instructions.
• Use Guru to locate approved service information and explain next steps to clients.
• Route questions needing specialist input with concise history and unresolved items.
• Coordinate handoffs via Slack and maintain client-facing consistency.
• Follow up on open requests and escalate delays or conflicting information to the team lead.
• Confirm delivery of answers, update history, and close tickets with outcomes.
• Maintain accurate account details, timely turnaround, and flag recurring service gaps.
