Carver Lake Veterinary Center seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person client interactions, while processing transactions and sharing information about services.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially ImproMed

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the hospital and manage appointments
