Carver Lake Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Carver Lake Veterinary Center has been a local favorite since our founding 1996. Our growing, four-doctor team is supported by long-term CVTs and a cross-trained support staff. Our doctors have a range of experience and hold special interests in advanced diagnostics, internal medicine, and behavior. At Carver Lake Veterinary Center, you can expect state-of-the-art medical care, fantastic team collaboration, and excellent tools and equipment. We have upheld the high standards of our AAHA-Accreditation since 2002, understand the unique needs of our feline patients, and have a great community reputation (we were even voted Neighborhood Favorite multiple times!) We primarily see small animals, however, we’re also well-equipped to treat small mammals and exotic pets.
