Carver Lake Veterinary Center in Woodbury, MN is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to welcome clients, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow.

The position is full-time with a 4/10 schedule and Monday-Saturday availability. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life and disability, EAP, 401k with company match, and paid time off. Prior veterinary front-desk experience and ImproMed proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially ImproMed, preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional service in routine and emotional situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Calm, professional, solution-oriented during busy periods.
