Healing Arts Veterinary Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. This fast-paced role includes managing appointments and patient flow, handling multi-line phones and in-person interactions, and guiding clients with information about our services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system and in-person client support.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, preferably Cornerstone.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and compassionate.
• Ability to process payments and maintain records.
• Team player with calm, professional demeanor in busy times.
• Scheduling appointments and calendar management experience preferred.
