Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or front-desk experience
• Veterinary or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Pulse
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Compassionate, professional service in stressful situations
• Excellent organization and time management
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and team collaboration
• Remain calm and solution-oriented during busy periods
