Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital workflow.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Process payments and explain invoices and hospital policies.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every client interaction.
• Help create a welcoming, organized front desk environment.
