First State Urgent Vet – Wilmington is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our urgent care hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will manage appointments, patient flow, and phone interactions, delivering compassionate service under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or front-desk experience.
• Preferred experience in veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk.
• Proficient with multi-line phone systems and clinic software, especially Pulse.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
