Qualifications

• CPR Certification preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site policy.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with responders.
• Complete logs and incident reports with professional documentation.
