Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor students
• Strong interpersonal and classroom collaboration skills
• Experience adapting literacy or math activities to student level

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
• Plan and monitor individualized progress with teachers
• Support extended day and after-school programs
• Create engaging, safe classroom spaces in collaboration with teachers
• Participate in data collection and progress reviews
