7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager in Colorado Springs to join a dynamic management team.

You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes leadership development, retention of qualified staff, and execution of merchandising and marketing programs while promoting loyalty initiatives and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience in Retail Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Train and coach staff to achieve high retention and performance.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Support cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
