Job summary

7-Eleven in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team and lead store staff. We offer full-time hours and a path for leadership development with competitive pay.

You will supervise and train employees, support merchandising and marketing programs, and promote our loyalty program while ensuring excellent customer service and store operations. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to train, coach and supervise store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program promotions are performed.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
• Support recruitment and retention of staff.
