7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will work with the Store Leader to guide store staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and execute merchandising and promotional plans.

This role emphasizes coaching, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while ensuring stock levels and loyalty program

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team with a proven ability to develop staff and drive customer service quality.
• Ability to train, coach, and retain top performers while achieving store goals.
• Experience implementing merchandising and promotional programs to boost sales.
• Comfort handling cash, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to health, safety, cleanliness and stock availability in a fast-paced store.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify and develop leaders; focus on retaining qualified applicants and driving productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, presentable store with in-stock products and proper sanitation.
