7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team and lead store operations alongside the Store Leader.

The role emphasizes customer service leadership, staff training, and merchandising execution in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates bring experience in supervising retail teams, promoting loyalty programs, handling cash and fuel transactions, and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and boosting productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in stock.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
