Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to help deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise team members across the shift. The role ensures safe, ethical operation and compliance with state laws on alcohol and tobacco sales.

The position requires handling POS and gas transactions, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced store environment. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd as needed.

Qualifications

• Must follow the Hi Five Guest Experience and lead as shift supervisor in absence of a manager.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand spoken English.
• Ability to operate the POS and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience for every guest.
• Prepare shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinet and freezers presentable, rotate stock, and check dates.
• Maintain store security and follow drop procedures for cash handling.
• Ensure store and parking lot safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Accurately complete time records and Customer First Document.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
