Responsibilities

• Assist eligible clients with intake, services, and referrals.
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies or start applications.
• Maintain knowledge of community programs and services.
• Ensure shelter operations, safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Maintain inventory of shelter supplies and donations.
• Record data accurately in HMIS or agency databases.
• Communicate with supervisor about client interactions and incidents.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
