Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/'27 school year. This onsite, full-time contract role starts as soon as possible and focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services in a school setting.

You will assess students, develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress while maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Valid New Mexico state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start is required.
• Recent school-based experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students receiving speech services.
