Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role serves students across multiple school sites from preschool through 12th grade.

The position features a high caseload with a mix of public school life skills programs and non-public settings, and requires collaboration with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student communication goals. It offers competitive pay and a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse student needs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades P-12.
• Serve students in public school life skills programs.
• Support students in non-public settings through consultation and lower service minutes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Maintain documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Travel between assigned school sites as required.
• Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.
