Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a vibrant educational setting near Springfield, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role is open to licensed SLPs and CF-SLPs, with onsite work required.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, and direct therapy, in collaboration with teachers and interdisciplinary teams. Interviews are conducted virtually via Teams; onboarding is supported.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts SLP license or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to provide speech and language therapy to students.
• Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for school-aged students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school standards.
• Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and special education teams.
• Participate in student meetings and contribute to broader support strategies.
