Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite full-time role serves high school, middle, and elementary students, delivering direct and consultative services to improve communication skills within an inclusive district.

Requirements include CCC-SLP, WA SLP license (or willingness to obtain), OSPI fingerprinting, and a collaborative, flexible approach to classroom placements. 60-day posting window.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Washington State SLP license.
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start date.
• Passion for working onsite with diverse student populations.
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to serve in high school, middle, or elementary placements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group formats.
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Partner with classroom teachers and related service providers to maximize student progress.
• Foster a supportive, engaging atmosphere that celebrates student achievements.
