Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a personable Personal Shopper to efficiently pick orders for guests and build relationships to understand their needs. You will contribute to our fast-growing Go To program, supporting eCommerce, logistics, IT, customer service, and grocery retail.

The role emphasizes energetic guest service, accurate handling of orders, and collaboration with store teams. You will also assist with promotions and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills with clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to use handheld devices and basic Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to assist with in-store marketing and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and carrying out orders.
• Greet guests and review orders for accuracy.
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely and correctly.
• Record variances on guest pick list.
• Maintain records for LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
