Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a friendly Personal Shopper in Greer, SC to accurately pick guest orders for our fast-growing Lowes Foods To Go program. You will focus on efficient order selection, friendly guest interactions, and maintaining accuracy in bags and loads.

This role offers hands-on experience across eCommerce, logistics, and grocery retail, with opportunities to contribute to in-store promotions and community outreach while upholding a professional appearance and customer-first attitude.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.

• Work with computers and handheld devices; basic Microsoft Office.
• Basic troubleshooting for systems or equipment with Guest Service team.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and completing orders.
• Greet guests and review orders at pickup.
• Safely handle, bag, and load orders.
• Record variances on guest pick lists.
• Maintain records for LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Maintain LFTG station and equipment.
• Communicate service issues with support and store management.
• Promote the program in-store.
• Periodically assist with community marketing.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, locating product, cleaning).
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• All other duties assigned by management.
